There is also a feature in Seeing AI to review your photos. 
Open the app, switch to  scenes and then go into the menu at the top and the 
first item should be Browse photos. You get a listing of photos s that by 
default will just give the date, but if you double tab on one, it will send to 
Microsoft for analysis.
I don’t know if that description is then saved in Photos though.
