Well sounds like you have a Corrupted OS. Might have to do a install on your
OS.

Hi,

I tried going into the firewall settings, and checking the settings there
the first time it came up a month ago.  It was already set to allow, and the
box doesn't pop up with the ability set it to always. Although, I assume
that when it is already set to allow in the popup for the application, it's
already taken care of. So it has to be something else.
