Hi,

I did it with the camera.  Make sure that the watch is on your wrist, 
otherwise, it's not active, then bring your iPhone back camera close to the 
Apple Watch face, then slowly pull it back.  Once it is 30 to 50 cm away it 
should likely pair up.  It is totally possible to do it manually as well, 
you'll just need to enter codes.
