In iOS and iPadOS, go to settings, accessibility, voiceover, Braille, the more info button which follows the name of the braille display when right flicking, braille commands. Here one finds all of the commands, and the ability to change each command. It is customizable by braille display. In other words, the commands can be different for each braille display.
