Thanks, And I also think I have to try and slow down. I was so used to just 
opening a new email and swiping up with two fingers almost as one movement and 
getting the result I want.  The same thing happens when I get a new email and I 
unlock the phone and find the mail app in the Doc and double tap on it, only to 
find that I’ve opened the camera app as the focus has lept up to the top of the 
screen.
