I took it that was the way amazon wanted their site to be.

 Even their accessibility features still give the pages on their site 
truckloads of extra bloatware crap.

This happens to me as well. It’s been an ongoing issue with amazon for at least 
3 years. A few other blind people have even made screen capture videos on 
YouTube (among other platforms) and amazon doesn’t appear to be responsive.

Still, if enough people send mail to the Amazon CEO via email ( j...@amazon.com 
) then attention might get paid to the problem.
