You can try in the Watch App, on iOS: general; language and region;
custom. Set it there and then you may have to wait for some download
that just happens while the watch is charging . Good luck.

general from Apple disability tech support. So is there a
straightforward way to do this? It is a brand-new series 5 watch,
running of course the latest version of watch OS. Thank you in
