First of all, is this for sending or receiving mail? Unless AT&T uses an exchange protocol, then this information is configured in slightly different ways. For sending messages, open account settings on the Mail app and then click on Server Settings. in this tab you will find a popup with outgoing server list. The last item in this popup list allows you to edit your SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) settings including encryption and port numbers It might be easier however to just set up a new account.
