Hi Ramy,
OK.
Heres a quick way of doing this.
Split the audio coming from your ipod in to 2 separate channels of your mixer.
When you want to browse for your next track just mute the channel going to your 
main pa,.
Turn on VO.
The other half of your audio split in to your mixer should be only assigned to 
your head set where only you can hear VoiceOver while selecting your next track.
now turn off VO, an un mute your main assignment to your main pa and sing away! 
:)

Its a bit convoluted but it should work!
