Hi, Another option is Arigato Pro. It is a wordpress plugin that will allow you to create and send newsletters directly from your own website. You will also need to download an SMTP plugin. There is a more feature-rich version of the plugin which includes a pop-up creator that is also accessible. If you want to play with it, they have a sandbox site that you can use to check it out.
