Since upgrading to iOS 13.1, and then the subsequent smaller upgrades, I have noticed a problem with not being able to navigate by line within the compose area of an email message. For example, dictate a small message that consist of a paragraph or so. Listen to voice over read your message back. Say you hear a mistake up near the top. Try changing the rotor to lines, and flick up to go back. It doesn’t work. This is very consistent for me. It never happened in iOS 12. But it’s happening each and every time I try to move by line in this context in iOS 13 and all of its iterations. Mary
