Donna is that under all conditions, within apps or on home screens? I’m using a 10 R and I wonder maybe if the screen is somehow different. Although, actually, I understand that the 11 and the 10 are use exactly the same screen so scratch that idea. All I know is I cannot get to the status bar from home screen unless I go into control center.
