Hi,

yes, but two things to clarify.  The System Haptics can still be 
enabled/disabled within the Sounds and Haptics panel.  This is a system wide 
enablement/disablement.  The Sounds & Haptics within Settings, Accessibility, 
Audio, Sounds & Haptics is very granular.  That is, you can enable/disable the 
haptic feedback for specific items,.  Angus, if all you do is move your finger 
around the screen, you'll likely be missing all sorts of settings.  There are 
numerous items that you must scroll down further to interact with.  This is 
common on many screens.  If all you do is move your finger around the screen 
without either swiping/flicking or scrolling, you are probably going to miss a 
lot of actionable or informational items on your iOS device.
