Hi Simon,

Yes, you are correct. I often much prefer doing these Googly things on my iPad
or iPhone. I was just proofing my daughter's dissertation over the last week
or so and the iPad was much more accessible than on Chrome for reading in docs.
There's a ton of features in Docs that people would claim that they need Word
for, but they'd be wrong. There's even a Google Admin app for iOS that has
basic user and group manipulation features that I use often. When I get into
the more detailed aspects of Google Administration, the web console is what I
need to use, and they've improved accessibility of that on the web by leaps and
bounds. Thanks for the heads-up.

Hope you're enjoying your iPhone 11. Sounds like you pretty well had to take
out a mortgage to buy that in NZ.

Later...

Morning Tim,

Just something for you to have a look at with regard to Googles G-Suite,

Check out the apps on your iPad

Sheets, slides and docs,

Might be worth the look for the better accessibility that seems to be there.

I didn’t spend long playing around but the access is truckloads better than via
chrome or safari

Have a play.

Hi,

On the Mac, I use it daily. Different aspects are more accessible than others.
I usually use a combination of Safari and Chrome and a combination of VO and
ChromeVox. You can also use G Suite apps and services in iOS and the soon to
be iPadOS. Again, some things are easier in one platform vs the other. For
example, some Google expandable menus work better in Chrome with CV, yet VO is
faster and handles some other aspects of the browser experience better. Sorry
for being somewhat vague.

Hi lists,

This has been cross posted so there is a windows related aspect.

Has anyone had any luck using the Google G Suite services with either Mac or
windows based systems?

If so how accessible are they?

Cheers,

Simon f
