No worries Andrew. All the apps are on the main menu. I think the
apps from Apple should be there bu default. The one you want is
Computers which should display 4 items that is your library. Music,
Movies, TV Shows and Home Videos. To be clear, thse are not apps so
don't be confused.

The only change to ATV 3rd was the addition of the 3 new apps replacing
iTunes. Also the Computers item on the main menu was moved but it is still
there and you will find your library there. Now if this changed in the last 3
days then check those new apps where you will find your library.
