Sorry Anders,
Not sure why I gave inches instead of centimetres as I usually do everything in
metric. I’ll put it down to the fact that I started going to school here in NZ
right in the middle of the change over from Imperial to metric, and that was
from 1966-1975.
Hope you managed to get a good photo in the end?

Hi,

30 cm is 12 inches. 10 inches is 25 cm.

Okay, I usually hold my phone with the back up against what ever I’m taking the
photo of. Depending on the size I’ll then pull my phone away from the object
trying to keep it as steady as possible. I’m guessing the size of your modem
you would probably need to pull it back about 8 to 10 inches. Make sure you
have camera mode selected and you Have voice over focused on the take picture
button before you start. Once you think you are far enough away from the object
your photographing double tap the screen.
I’m guessing you know how to attach the photo to the email?
I actually find texting photos is much easier as you can take the photo within
the message itself without having to open your camera, and then send the text
straight away without having to attach the photo.

Hi!
I need to take a picture of my cable modem which is on my wall.
They need to see the lights on the modem but i am really not experienced in
photographics.
So i need to know how i should do in order to get the picture as good as
possible.
If i couold i would ask sighted people but there are no sighted around right
now.
So what is the best way to take a photo of the bloody modem.
Thanks?
