Hmmm. I just tried it for fun. VO-space on the link I provided. In the HTML/Web area, VO-right to find the "Start Speed Test" button and VO-space on it, VO should announce "Download Test has started". It will announce another time when the download test is about 50% done then the same for the upload testing. After both are complete, VO should announce your results. You can also VO navigate the page to hear the results again. Mine were 231 MB/s download and 15.9 MB/s upload.
