You probably already tried this, but first power your XR completely off, then also power off your Actilino. Then, power back on just the Actilino, and see if your other devices discover it. As you probably already know, you can have up to three different devices connected, and for me it does work because I have an iPhone 7 and an iPod touch connected at the same time and can in fact go between them.
