Hello Craig,

As far as I know, you can’t do this. It did it when iCloud Drive was in use 
because the Documents folder was in iCloud Drive, ready to be shared with other 
devices. However, in the File menu, you can find Recents which will offer you 
the documents you’ve been working on lately.
