Hello Lorie, The answer to your question depends, in my opinion, upon where the messages are being flagged as Junk.
Were I you, I would go to the preferences area of Mac OS Mail and disable the Junk filter. Now this is assuming that the Mac OS mail client is responsible for flagging your messages as Junk.
