Hi Donna,

That's odd,

I installed amazon prime a few weeks ago and I think it's great,

I start up prime and voiceover stops talking to me but prime starts talking to
me itself

It actually has it's own screen reader built in and it's so far pretty good
including the audio description which auto plays with the tv shows I've so far
vbeen watching.

I'd say remove it and try reinstalling so to get a clean start

Good luck.

Subject: Quicknav on Apple TV, also setting up Prime Video

Hi all,

I just downloaded Prime Video on my Apple TV. When I try and open it, the
screen goes dark, and Voiceover says QuickNav On. After that, VO is silent,
though I know it's on, because the one thing I am able to do is toggle it on
and off. I've never heard of QuickNav being activated on my Apple TV before.
And the weird thing is--I assume this is because of QuickNav, I can't even back
out of the app. Can anyone help? How do I turn off QuickNav, and how do I
make Prime Video work?
TIA,
Donna
