Hello Lorie,

First, if you use the Passwords and Accounts feature correctly, there will be
no need to manually look up any information that has been automatically saved.

Second, unlike in iOS, in Mac OS, your saved logon passwords and credentials
are located in the password section of Safari.

To access these saved credentials:

In Mac OS, open Safari.

2.
>From the Safari File menu, select Preferences. A multi-tab dialog box will
>appear.

3.
Select the Passwords, tab. You will be prompted to enter your Mac’s system
password.

4.
Now you will see a table containing the websites, usernames, and passwords that
you’ve saved.

Mark

how do I find passwords in system preferences/internet accounts? everything
else seems to be there but I can't locate passwords. every now and then Google
pops up saying I need to verify for safari or some such thing.

thanks.
