ET: While I'm no attorney, I did want to point out that you likely have a legal recourse against your landlord's CAPTCHA, as I take it their CAPTCHA isn't providing an accessible alternative.
In the U.S. the Rehabilitation Act, Sec. 504 as well as the ADA applies to landlords (and condo associations and such). The Fair Housing Act incorporates the disability provisions of those laws as respects housing. Your recourse would be through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
