OK Mary, If you can, go to the MLB.TV web site and look up registering your Fire TV. It’s been a while since I set mine up, but I seem to remember that you have to login via the web site and somehow link your account up with your Fire TV. Do you happen to remember the message you were getting when you tried logging in? If I have time I’ll see if I can look up what has to be done for you.
