Hi,

Attention should be off. It is usually off by default if VO is on. VO will
announce when your face is positioned correctly. As mentioned, hold the iPhone
about a foot from your face with the screen facing you and you should hear VO
announce all necessary steps to follow.

Later...

Hi, Cliff,

Thank you for responding to me but I have another question. Should the items
about attention be on or off. I looked at something in Applevis and it said
that attention should be off. Is that correct> How do you know when you face
is in the frame?

I hope I’m not being tough on you but just looking for it to work. I know you
and Matt will have the correct answer for me.
