Hello, Previously I've been successful in looking through the various items in the verbosity setting for VO. Now after I select the text tab, I can't get any further. It says it is selected, but it won't let me interact (VO shift down arrow). I tried VO down arrow and pressing return, they don't do anything either. I haven't had a problem getting into it before. Am I overlooking something? Also, VO V lets me in. Another issue- while practicing with Quick Nav, I may have pressed something that I shouldn't have and, of course, I'm not certain what it was. I've only customized a very few settings in VO and am wondering if it would be a good idea to return it back to its default or factory settings. If this is not a bad idea, can someone tell me how to do this? TIA, Linda
