Hi, cmd-r should start the internal HD's Recovery system and cmd-option-r for the Internet Recovery. In both cases though, since you've already installed 10.14.4, it will want to download the latest Mojave, which is 10.14.4. You would need to find an full installer for older versions somewhere on the Net, unless you created an installer yourself from a previous version.
