Hi Julie, I like Vid Convert from reggieashworth.com. Reggie has been really good in the past about accessibility, although he passed away last year so not sure who is doing the software development. I also like IFlix from the mac app store. It is totally accessible with VO. Both of these are paid programs, if you want a free one I'm not sure where to send you. Hope this helps! Jeff
