Well,
If both drives are the same size in amount of available storage space, then a 
simple command line tool called dd will work just nicely.
You can clone the entire drive (including boot sector, partition tables and 
even the partitions themselves) in one fell swoop.

This command should do the trick, but you will need to do it from a booted usb 
stick so as to not run into the dreaded “resource busy” error.
Dd if=/dev/sda of=/dev/sdb bs=1M

The above assumes that the drive you wish to clone from is SDA and the drive 
you wish to clone too is SDB.


Another program that works nicely and is fully accessible is carbon copy 
cloner. It’s not freeware, but worth every penny.
