Regarding moving apps around on the home screen, double tap an app, hold your finger down till VO says either "moving" on an app that came preinstalled on the phone, or "delete" on an app you've installed. While still keeping your finger on the screen, move it to where you'd like the app to be. You'll hear a beep when the app has moved to another location on the grid and VO will tell you the row and column number it is now in. If you move an app to either the far left or right of the screen, it will be on the next or previous home screen. It can be bit tricky, especially moving apps between screens. I've had the iPhone for about 3 months and I still can't do it right first time.
