Hello Lenron, I found the experience totally offensive.
Unlike my usual position of absolute certainty, I was a bit on the proverbial fense about which model to buy. So, you can understand, then, when I was dismayed that they were less interested in my particular needs than they were in simply pushing a product. This is new for Apple. One salesman (she was a woman, actually) suggested that I could save more money by going to Best Buy to purchase a 128. That's okay, accept that I told her, at the beginning, that I always buy my Apple products, from Apple Stores and that I had decided on the Pro 10.5 with cellular. She actually said to me, "No, you don't want that one. We don't even have it on the floor anymore. It's old and outdated." Lenron, that is a direct quote. She made it sound as though even buying a horse and buggy would be better than buying iPad Pro 10.5, (smile). As I said, I left the store 3 or 4 times before finding a nice lady who didn't debate my decision and simply rang up my purchase items. Oh, one more thing, when I initially went to Apple, I was set to buy the iPad 128 because I had purchased 3 of them, for other people, recently. I thought it was the only iPad that still had TouchID and a 3.5mm jack. However, while waiting in line at a coffee shop, I spoke to a person, who told me that some of the iPad Pros had TouchID and 3.5mm. While in line, I used my trusty iPhone to learn that, 10.5 iPad met my requirements. So, when I first into the store, I just wanted someone to confirm what I had learned about the 10.5.
