Hi Donna, in order to set up Apple Music, you need to use the Alexa app on your iPhone. This is what an article I found says to do, and I think it is what I actually did. Open the Alexa app and tap the menu in the top left corner. Of course for us it’s double tap. Next, double tap settings. Then within the “Alexa preferences“, double tap “Linc new service“. Double tap “Apple Music“. Then double tap “in able“ then follow the instructions to link your Apple ID. If you want Apple Music to be your default, which I did, you can after you got it connected, go back into settings on your Alexa app.
