Hi, To have your messages not group together by thread, select the Mailbox you wish to have organized in this manner, then go up to the View menu and locate the "Organize by Conversation" item. It should be checked right now. Release on that item to uncheck it.
To get to the messages for a given InBox, select that InBox, then either tab or VO navigate to the Scroll area where the Messages table is and interact to find all the messages. Later...
