Hi, Launch Daemons s in the Library folder. When in the Finder, press cmd-shift-h to open your Home directory, then use VO-m to go up to the MenuBar, then VO-right to go to the Go menu, then VO-down to the Library folder. Make sure that you have the VO keys down when going through the Go menu, otherwise you probably won't see the Library item. Once the Library is open, Launch Daemons is in there.
