Same deal with the Focus from Freedom Scientific. The Focus is fine
as a display with Mac and iDevices but Windows is required for updating
it. A friend told me all it takes is to use HID (Human Interface Device)
for universal access. Don't know if the braille display makers are
moving in that direction.
