Hi Oriol. I'm not Leo but I can certainly help you. To convert a document to iTunes as a spoken track, select all the text with Command+A and open the contextual menu with VO+Shift+M. Arrow down to services and go into that submenu. You should see add to iTunes as a spoken track there. HTH.
