Hello Lorie, Mac OS Mojave is schedule for public release tomorrow, Monday, September 24, 2018.
As far as I am concerned, Mojave will be a stunning success, as far as VoiceOver accessibility is concerned. Of course, this is just my opinion. As always, be certain to make a backup of your current OS, before updating.
