You should be able to use VO search to see if you can find fields with specific values. I believe the standard command-F functionality works some also. With Numbers spreadsheets it is important to make sure you are at the appropriate level of interactions. You want to interact with the table but not the cell. Then you should be able to use the arrow keys with/without VO to move to individual cells.
