When reading through the document, VoiceOver should read both the deleted text
and the inserted text. Command-Option-k should put you in the popover where you
should hear what has been deleted and where you can accept or reject the
change. Pressing VO-j twice should put you back in the body of the document at
the point where you left it.
Command-Shift-K will allow you to enter a new comment.
