 Yeah good thoughts,

It's only 2 accounts in this situation,

And both interact fine from my iPad pro and iPhone.

 
I might blow the machine away and restart from scratch as it hasn't had a good 
clean out in a while.

Anytime I hear issues like those you're reporting I wonder about running out of 
resources, even between boots, because there may be caching.
Frankly, in today's age, even 8Gb RAM ain't much.


So, with no basis to suggest this beyond this theory, I would check your 
caching. I believe it's one possible explanation of your symptoms.
