Hi. Did you choose the auto-install so Fusion should install Windows automatically? If you didn't entered any password in the password field, it should automatically log on to your account when it has been installed. Didn't it played the starting up sound? When you got Windows installed, you have to select "full screen" from the toolbar and then you have to turn Voiceover off to be able to use your virtual machine.
