Hello,  my office uses a Plantronics 560  USB headset with Cisco VOIP. When I 
use the VOIP software, I connect the headset to the Mac OS and not the Windows 
system. I find there is a little delay in response when the headset is 
communicating with Windows as a USB device instead of a generic sound device.
