I don’t understand your question, but if you want to know whether OneDrive for Mac is accessible with VoiceOver, then it is. Once it’s installed and configured, you’ll find it in Menu Extras. Performing the default action on that control presents a dialog from which you can review your OneDrive folder, change options or read status information.
