Hi Donna,

I just wanted to add on for Caroline,  The equivalent to the application key on 
a Mac is VO shift M.  You can press this in iTunes as well to find create ACC 
or whatever you have iTunes set to convert music to.  Oh but you have to be 
interacting with the songs table to get the context menu to pop up.
