It's a thing, folks. I called Apple this morning to ask if I was eligible. I had to provide my serial number, and answer some basic questions about the issues I was having. I'm eligible, and I'm getting a new keyboard. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!! So if you have one of the models listed in that message and have had keyboard issues, definitely contact Apple.
