Looking for more of a Journal than a blog. Want to be able to use it on all platforms.

I think that’s a Microsoft product. If you’re looking more to the blogging world, Mars Edit is the greatest and I would 100% recommend. Not sure how well this would work on iPhone or windows though as my experience is purely on Mac.
