Hi, Some of that can depend on drive speed as the system is determining the number of files and folders, and calculating size. If that's not the case, go into VO Utility, and make sure that the mouse cursor ignores the VO cursor in the Navigation category. That may stop the refreshing behaviour if it is making VO unresponsive.
