Donna, Yes, I have found dictation greatly lacking lately. That is on my IPhone 10. Yesterday, I was dictating a message and after completing it (several attempts), Siri would not even come back with asking me if I wanted to send it. I had to find the send button on the screen and tap it.
In the past I have noticed when my phone starts acting quirky there’s a pending update I have needed to install. I checked that yesterday, but the phone is up to date. I have noticed that when dictating to Siri on my iPhone X, the recognition is absolutely terrible! I spend much more time correcting dictation than I ever used to. Just wondering if anyone else--either using a X or not--has noticed the same thing? Cheers, Donna -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
