I'm using Transmit to work with my WordPress site. The files and folders list is not as intuitive as I would expect.
Would anyone recommend a different FTP client? Would anyone know where I can read up to learn to use Transmit more effectively? Here are some problems I'm having. I have logged on to my WordPress site. I see some of the files that are supposed to be there according to the Beginner's Guide to WordPress File and Directory Structure article at http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-wordpress-file-and-directory-structure/ <http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-wordpress-file-and-directory-structure/> I see a folder called WPContent, but don't know how to display its subfolders, and files. I hit control + Shift + R which I think is supposed to download the folder, but I still can only see what I think is the root folder. Any help with using this, or suggestions for a more user-friendly, and hopefully free FTP server for the Mac is appreciated. I already dished up about $30 for Transmit, and hope that was a good investment. Antonio -- The following information is important for all members of the Mac Visionaries list.
