Hi Stacey, Heres how I deal with bulk mail on my mac. I find the mail box table then build a vo item chooser and type in "bulk" and it usually brings up about 3 bulk folders on my system. I vo down the bulk folders in the VO item chooser and vo space on the folder that has some new bulk emails in them. then I navigate to the bulk folder and decide if they are truly bulk and delete the messages. Just repeat the vo item chooser step to find the next bulk folder and do the same. When done I hit the key command"; command option shift delete" this empties the mail trash and thats it! as for the bulk and spam folder some one else can jump in with the exact definition of these folders!
